Material
The parts which connected to the liquid adopt SUS 304 Stainless steel. ( food class) Korea.
Tansverse system and the gears are A4 carbon steel and quenched.
Character
1)The whole machine designed by bottle hanging type and micro-negative pressure. Up and down by the filling valve, macking bottle move stabliy and realiable under high speed. Changing less parts of the equipment, can produce different shapes of bottles to satisfy different produce needing convenientily, quickly and easily.
2)Adopt new stainless steel spring loading type washing clamp, the clamp do not touch the screw parts up of the bottle neck. The spray nozzle spray the bottom of the bottle with microporous, fully washing the inner wall of bottles with no escaped parts. Inner and outter washing make a higher cleanliness.
3)Adopt advanced micro-pressure filling theroy. Quickly, stablely and accurtely filled. Not contact with the materials to prevent pollution and oxidation. Keeping filling temperature consistently by hot recycling flow technology.
4)Sealing the cap with magnetic-type, catching and sealing the cap automatically. The sealing cap torque can be adjusted.
5)Separated electric control cabinet, reduce the damageable caused by the wet outter working surranding.
6)Automatic scrambler, air convey the cap.
