1 Overview
This machine is the use of pressure filling principle of automatic filling valve, the power delivered by the capper to maintain synchronous operation. You can adjust the height of the filling cylinder to adapt to different specifications jar height.
2, Main features
The machine adopts bottle care delivery, so that the entire line conveyor relatively stable.
Filling principle is to achieve isobaric filling, filling valve with high precision mechanical valve, filling speed, high precision level, implementation has tank filling, no tank is not filling (see below). Using pre-filling valve opening cover device Gato bottom means a combination of structure, to ensure the stability of the machine when filling the tank out from the maximum extent; filling the cylinder supporting the use of lifting gear box to meet the different height of the jar; filling cylinder liquid level float switch to ensure smooth inlet.
Capper introduction of Taiwan wheel cover and head technology to ensure sealing quality. This machine has a tank having a lower cover, no less than the tank lid control system to ensure the normal operation of the machine, reducing the rate of loss cover
