CIP system can be used without take apart or move. It clean the parts which connect to the food with high temperature, high viscosity of the cleaning liquid. It is widely used because of its easy and safety operation.
CIP system not only can clean the equipment, but also can control the microorganism.

Cleaning process:
1. Using normal temperature or hot water above 60 ºC to wash for 3-5 minutes. And using 1%-2% soda solution to wash for 10-20 minutes. Then using the clean water which temperature is under 60ºC to wash for 5-10 minutes. At last using clean water to wash for 3- 5 minutes.
